Is it possible to enjoy the experience of buying a used car? Big purchases are really stressful, and I was stressed out — but Scott and the team at Toyota of Gladstone were terrific. Scott is knowledgeable and personable and cared about finding the car that suited my needs. He made extra effort to help me secure a deal on the car I liked. Dusty and Momo worked on it behind the scenes and brought the APR down 10% from my original quote. That’s amazing! Sarah in finance was helpful and kind and put me at ease signing all those documents. I hope I don’t have to buy another car anytime soon, but I absolutely recommend this team. More
