This was easily the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. When we first visited the dealership, we were undecided on whether to lease or buy, new or used. Scott was incredibly helpful i purchasing a vehicle. When we first visited the dealership, we were undecided on whether to lease or buy, new or used. Scott was incredibly helpful in that he simply showed us various vehicles which met our criteria and answered all of our questions regarding the financing options. I really appreciated Scott's no-pressure approach. In the end, we selected both a pre-owned C250 and an ML350. Negotiating the deals was also an uncomplicated experience, without the typical back and forth. After the details were set, we waited in the very comfortable customer lounge while the financing department prepared the paperwork. We were walked through the forms and signatures and didn't get a lot of pressure on the add-ons. The paperwork and details were exactly as discussed - no surprises. When the paperwork was complete, Scott walked us out to our just detailed vehicles. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle or the overall experience. More

Great Overall Experience! Sales and Service met and exceeded my expectations. Sales worked hard to compare and assure I got the best deal available. From the moment we drove in to look at cars for our daughter, we were cared for beyond every expectation I had of a dealership. Scott was very accommodating in showing us vehicles, and we quickly settled on one that would work very well within the financials that we had for this purchase. Joseph Turner finished putting the numbers together, and worked a very nice deal for our daughter. In the end, when we picked up the car, it had new tires on it, something that was not expected or even discussed, but apparently they found something and elected just to give us a new set of tires. Closing the deal with John Picnic was so very easy, no change in the deal, and a breeze. Once closed, we stepped out the door of his office onto the delivery ramp and were shown everything about the car, all the manuals and paperwork, and off we went. Park Place made this car buying experience a true pleasure, and we found the best vehicle for a wonderful price for our daughter. it is a pleasure to go back to the dealership to get the car washed, and the level of accommodation from these professionals at Park Place is truly extraordinary. Now when I step into some other dealership for whatever reason on our other cars, when I come home I feel like I need to take a shower! Go check out Park Place Mercedes. You can afford one. In today's market you will pay close to the same amount, and at least you can get a much better car for the money. There is real value here at Park Place. More

When we first visited your dealership we were looking at cedrtified pre-owned vehicles. Scott went out of his way to try and find something my picky wife would like, unfortunately nothing in inventory match cedrtified pre-owned vehicles. Scott went out of his way to try and find something my picky wife would like, unfortunately nothing in inventory matched her taste. He followed up as any great sales person would to try and get us back into the dealership. His persistance paid off and we came in on a Saturday that he was off, which is when we met Don, who found exactly what she wanted: Silver E-350, Tan Interior, with the panoramic sun roof. Bad part for me was only in a 2013. I have always admired those vehicles on the road, so Don and Scott went to work and made it happen. I am extremely excited to know that we should have little or no out of pocket expense due to the great job explaining the extended warranty and service pre-paid options. Please let Leadership know that they have at least three very capable people working at their dealership. I'm sure the rest are just as good, but I have not had the opportunity to meet any one else at this point. More

I met Kurtis Walker some time after graduating from college. During this period I felt it was time for me to buy a newer car because I was driving an older model ML 350 given to me by my parents. Havin college. During this period I felt it was time for me to buy a newer car because I was driving an older model ML 350 given to me by my parents. Having little to no experience with purchasing a car of my own Kurtis made my experience "EXTREMELY" simple, easy, and very straightforward. I explained to Kurtis I wanted to stay in the ML class since I had been driving my older one since my sophomore year of college. Naturally, anyone buying a car for the first time would feel some anxiety, but that apprehension quickly went away when Kurtis explained to me the process of buy a car and what ParkPlace had to offer. I was able to contact Kurtis at anytime with any question pertaining to ML arrivals, my price range that I wanted to stay in, and amenities I wanted my car to have. After some time of searching a ML 500 with the P2 package became available. As soon as the car came in Kurtis contacted me that night stating "I believe we have found your car", and being the "GREAT" Sale Consultant he is I was highly impressed and even more so impressed by the price. My mother approved the car and was equally elated by the price so I purchased the ML500 as soon as I could since they sell so fast. One of the most honorable traits about Kurtis is even after the purchase had been made he is still accessible. I was able to ask him about my Sirus Sat connection, Homelink for my garage, and other questions I had. I few years I look forward to re-visiting Kurtis and ParkPlace when its time to trade this car in and get another. More

Over all I was impressed by the dealership, and the staff were very professional, kind, and courtious. I never felt pressuered or expected to accept something I did not want. My dealer Scott was very helpful all the wayh through the process and was kind enough to sit in the vehicle and explain all functions and options on the car.
