Service was great as usual. Mark took care of us and was helpful keeping us unformed on the progress of the car and explaining the issue we were having with the Start/Stop. W Mark took care of us and was helpful keeping us unformed on the progress of the car and explaining the issue we were having with the Start/Stop. We also saw Scott in Finance. We wanted to purchase and extended warranty. He went over what we had for a warranty and explained to us what we were purchasing. He took his time with us and made sure we purchased what we wanted and needed. Having dealt we many Auto Finance people, Scott rates at the top. There was no pressure and he confirmed that Ferman was the right choice for our Car Dealership. More
