I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter and your company showed no compassion or concern for the existing problem a broken air conditioner and having to pay over four hundred dollars to replace two front tires and an alignment for a car that has 14,000 miles on it . Many of my emails went unanswered and I had my daughter bring the car in only to be treated unprofessional by Eric and Frank . After complaining and bringing in the car twice Scott offered. to waive the 200 fee for diagnosing the ac . My experience at kia was horrific and I can say at least your company was consistent in providing terrible customer service . Let the buyer beware

I would never bring my car back to Smithtown Kia . They dont value the customer and provide no solutions to problems .They were consistently bad from car sales man Frank to Eric in Parts to Scott in Management . Not one of them cared about the problems I had Stay away
