This is our 5th car from Smithtown Kia and as always, we could not be happier with the experience. Gerard Rennie worked with us on each car, helping us to make the right decision for our needs unlike other could not be happier with the experience. Gerard Rennie worked with us on each car, helping us to make the right decision for our needs unlike other people in sales that are only interested in the amount of money you’re willing to spend. We worked with Scott Preston for the first time and also found him to be friendly and willing to spend as much time working out our numbers as needed. Overall, we love the dealership, people and of course the cars…or would not have gone back so many times. More

Our sales rep Alex was friendly, accommodating, and most of all, knowledgeable about the product that he was selling. Ditto for Scott. We never felt like we were being pressured in any way. The entire staff at Smithtown Kia, especially Scott Preston and Gerard Rennie, made the entire new car purchasing/leasing process stress free, seamless and enjoyable as it was meant to be. So much so, we decided to lease 2 brand new 2021 vehicles, a Seltos EX and a Stinger. Their sales approach was honest and straight forward, delivering everything they promised to in a timely manner. Gerard is an outstanding sales representative. He was fully knowledgeable of the product he was selling and took the time to go through every detail of the vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership and Gerard in particular. Contrary to other dealerships I have done business with, this was an outstanding experience! More

I am very much regretting making a switch from my previous Kia dealer over to Smithtown Kia. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Basically once previous Kia dealer over to Smithtown Kia. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Basically once you purchase a vehicle, they could care less about you. I have a very serious problem where now 6 weeks later, they never terminated my prior lease and never had it inspected. Kia finance tells me I'm still responsible for a car I don't even have in my possession for over a month and a half and are even still taking payments for it. When I called the dealer to try and get this resolved, I have been ignored and treated like garbage. I've called 3 times trying to get a manager and they keep telling me nobody is available to help, and I never get a call back. Not to mention the receptionist that answers the phone is rude and does nothing to help you find a person to talk to. STAY AWAY from this dealer if you don't want to be treated like crap. Once they have your money, you are just an afterthought. I'll be sure to make sure this is the last time I or multiple other members of my family who have cars through this dealer, NEVER return for another purchase. More
