Not the most desirable Dealership I’ve done business with. A lot of deceptions. I purchased a pre-certified Panorama with super low miles and 45 days later I was quoted $7000 from another Porsche deale with. A lot of deceptions. I purchased a pre-certified Panorama with super low miles and 45 days later I was quoted $7000 from another Porsche dealership to replace the 2 front struts, ridiculous. Salesperson wouldn’t return my call and dealership refused to assist in anyway. Waited 30 days to pick up vehicle because it had to be pre-certified and lied to about them fixing headliner. They did bare minimum to pre-certify vehicle. Sad dealership! Go elsewhere….. More

This is the most un-Porsche like dealership I’ve ever encountered. To start I was initially transferred to a salesperson that said they were on the lot with a customer (why wouldn’t they transfer to some encountered. To start I was initially transferred to a salesperson that said they were on the lot with a customer (why wouldn’t they transfer to someone available). Nevertheless, I was interested in the car so I called back and tried to work with his manager to put a deal together. Providing the manager with information on my trade-in (paid off mind you). This was at 4pm. Was not followed up with AT ALL and had to call back the dealership at 10am the next morning (this is 6 hours of time they were open without follow up when I am showing genuine interest in buying a CPO immediately). After waiting for another 4 hours and hearing back nothing, I finally call the salesperson around 2pm to which he just starts talking about himself and how he’s getting job offers from other Porsche dealerships. If I was a betting man, I’d say his income is based on where he works and not based on him being a good salesman. I’ve worked at Mercedes and Lexus and he wouldn’t have lasted more than a month at either. After ghosting me for 2 days, he finally reached back out to say the car was sold. Totally unprofessional. Excellent experience. Work was performed in a timely manner as per estimate and I was kept fully informed of the progress during the visit.
