As a Service Advisor, I have the opportunity to work with customers directly and it's a pleasure to help solve their problems. My career in the auto industry began 37 years ago. Prior to that, I worked in service stations. I have a strong understanding of BMW documentation for CPO and warranty requirements. Some awards I've received include the 2010 BMW Silver Podium award and 2016 BMW Customer First award. My wife, Michelle, and I have been married for 29 years and have three sons, two grandsons, and one granddaughter. We love to travel and have been around the US and to destinations including Mexico, Bermuda, Rome, Italy, and more. We are very active within the Catholic Church and currently sponsor a young girl in Africa through Compassion International. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, hiking, and most outdoor activities.
