I have recommended numerous customers to Scott over the past years. Monte Ball is the service writer whom I do business with most often. Monte watches over the service record on both of my vehicles (both bought here0 and has helped to keep my vehicles in the same condition as they were when I purchased them. Work is completed on time and when the weather permits I am given a courtesy wash on the vehicle. John Jones and I also have a wonderful arrangement where I drop the vehicle off on my way to work, someone takes me to work, they bring the vehicle to me when the work has been completed, and I stop off at the end of the day to pay the bill or do so over the phone. I do not have the inconvenience of sitting in a waiting room while my vehicle is being worked on. This is greatly appreciated. More

I was looking for a new pickup truck to purchase for our small farm. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle in this capacity. Scott made me very comfortable doing this. He answered all my questions and gave me information to help with the decision of which truck. My husband has bought several vehicles at John Jones GM City over the years and Scott Rose has been great. During the last few weeks as we have visited John Jones GM showroom we have been greeted warmly as soon as we enter the showroom. Scott has kept us informed about the progress of the truck as it was made ready for us to take home. He had the side steps and floor mat and mud flaps and the truck was cleaned and shined and all ready, all we had to do was come in pay and sign a few documents and we were on our way home with a full tank of gas. Scott helped us with information about rebates and incentives for a fair price. Over the years we have made purchases for our personal vehicles Scott and the service department are the reasons I came to John Jones Gm for a truck for a business that i have been recently thrust into. Scott has been the salesperson in about twelve cars/trucks that I have purchased from John Jones dealership in the past 20 years.I would like to identify a few of his outstanding skills in his salesmanship which he bring everytime he sells a vehicle. He has outstanding interpersonal skills. A smile on his face ,a firm handshake,and generally a question about the health of you or a member of your family, if he has done business with you in the past. This really puts the customer at ease before he starts the sale pitch. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the process of selling a vehicle, and he shares this information freely with his customers.In turn the customer appreciates this information as it generally saves him/her money, or it up grades the vehicle being considered. If you buy or lease a vehicle from Scott, he will follow-up several weeks or even months later to see what is your satisfaction level.
