Scott was very attentive and patient. Sometimes you simply have to look at a few models and get a feel for what you want before agreeing to make a decision that big. $25,000 is a lot of money, no matte simply have to look at a few models and get a feel for what you want before agreeing to make a decision that big. $25,000 is a lot of money, no matter who you are and getting the maximum for a trade not to mention a great deal on a new car is pivotal. Scott took the time to let me look at 4 cars before deciding what I wanted to go with, and this was after doing a month's worth of research before going into Victory Toyota. I'm sure if I needed to look at more models and take more tests drives, the team would have been happy to help. Abigail seems to really know her stuff already and she said she is new in her position. I appreciate that she was honest about it and it made us feel more at ease. She delivered the car very nicely and made sure to take note of any concerns. She also explained all the details of the sale and answered any questions. She was a delight. Jim stepped in to make a nice greeting. That personal touch made a huge difference. Since this was our second new car purchase in just 7 months, I feel like we were respected and welcomed back. I would have absolutely no issue with buying from this Toyota dealer again. Dontrell made the last part of the experience an easy one. He explained the papers we were signing and made sure we knew all about the extended warranty plans. Once we made it clear that we weren't interested, he didn't push it to the point of making us feel uncomfortable. Each individual person made up a different part of the experience and it was a great team effort. It's a long process to buy a new car, and one that can be exhausting. This wasn't one of those drawn out experiences, in fact, the conversation helped out a lot. I was even allowed to steal a balloon. I think that the team at Victory are victorious themselves...we will be back! More

I happened upon Victory, quite by accident (internet). From the time I was contacted by "Holly" (not sure which one) 'til I drove away in my new Matrix, I was treated very well. The staff at Victory Toyota is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. I had a really good experience at this dealership. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, gave me top dollar for my trade, and kept me informed during the finance process. I brought my two and half year old daughter and he entertained her as well with little for my trade, and kept me informed during the finance process. I brought my two and half year old daughter and he entertained her as well with little toys to play with as daddy shopped the lot. Very customer friendly at all times. Would recommend this dealership because from the manager, financial services, sales staff, and the receptionist always made me feel comfortable with absolutely no pressure and worked hard on my behalf to ensure my needs during the purchase experience were exceeded. It was refreshing and fun. I look forward to future purchases with Victory Toyota of Canton. More

Dealer has awesome service, even though they did not had particular vehicle, but they manage to locate and delivered on time. It agree to compensate me the time i had to wait for my car. I dread looking for a new car. I was looking to lease a car and this was my first experience with Toyota. What a pleasant surprise. Scott Schindler was my salesperson.
