Scott was my service technician and was awesome from my initial phone call. I communicated to him that I usually have my vehicle serviced at another dealership, however he was very welcoming to me. Service advisor is friendly and helpful. However, in my most recent experience, the technician misdiagnosed a coolant leakage issue to the water pump instead of the AC.
