Service department is amazing, professional and does high quality work. The sales department is terrible. They are arrogant and lazy. Apparently people are throwing their money at Toyota right now due to the car shortage. After visiting the dealership twice and having a bad experience with sales I said goodbye to Toyota forever! The first time I just walked around looking at the cars for 1.5 hours and they completely ignored me. Not a single person approached me. The 2nd time I made an appointment and the salesman was lazy and didn’t bother to find out what I was looking for in car. He basically said to go to the Toyota website, build the car I want, print it out then drop it off when I’m ready to purchase. Oh and he made sure to tell me how many stacks of car deposits he has. Awful. Meanwhile at a different car brand dealership I got outstanding service!! Goodbye Toyota! Toyota is way too basic to be acting so arrogant More
