Hi my name is Scott Smith and I have been a salesman for 44 years now. I have been in the auto business since 2005 but I have been working here at Rudy Luther Toyota since 2007. I love watching my kids grow up. I now have two grown children and I have lived here in Minnesota my entire life. I like to golf and work out and I enjoy watching most sports. I have a deep passion for my job and my customers and I vow to make their experience buying a new or used vehicle be easy, efficient and enjoyable. I am honest, treat my customers like guests in my home and I’m straight up. I am humbled when customers put their faith in me to assist them make an educated decision. I look forward to being part of many future experiences for years to come.

Salesperson Scott Smith was excellent! Very patient! No complaints at all -- albeit my wife and I bought our last car in 2003 and thus have little to compare. Deal was cash and clean. Felt extended complaints at all -- albeit my wife and I bought our last car in 2003 and thus have little to compare. Deal was cash and clean. Felt extended warrantee was a bit oversold, but won't know if our decline was valid for 3-4 years -- and at age 84 might not care. Now wife and I just gotta figure out how to work all the electronic gadgets. At this point, would certainly do business in the future. (17 years?) Best More

It was a great experience! I'm so happy that I stopped at Rudy Luther and met Scott Smith BEFORE I went to another dealer to pick out a car that barely met any of my "must haves". Scott told me about the options available - turns out that most of my "must have" list was standard on a RAV4. The financial piece of the transaction was painless - no going back and forth to a manager; no fast talking, back of the envelope calculations. Scott presented me with one sheet of paper (not hand-written) that showed detail of the price, discounts, trade, etc and a grid showing some payment options. Everyone there was helpful. Thank you!
