We wanted to make sure the car we leased was in my wife's name. While they said they understood, everything is addressed to me and not my wife. This may seem like a small and insignificant matter, but especially in the new political climate we have entered - it means a lot to us! You have got to do better. I also felt like we were kept in the dark about the final cost of the vehicle and costs at the end of the lease. We never really had a chance to read through the lease agreement, "Sign here, here, and here. This is just the lease agreement." Looking at it later, I felt like we could have gotten a more fair treatment. More
