"Customer experience"

Scott was very unprofessional and was not willing to address my concerned in an appropriate manner. Stating that "I wouldn't force my way in line a grocery store" meanwhile they have had my car for a month and still is not competed and he refused to give me a date and time of satisfaction to have my car complete. In addition he could not provide valid reasoning for why the repairs are taking so long. He was rude and short and did not provide any customer service satisfactory of my business as I have provided Younger with my personal business and referred various people who have purchased cars with them in the past. This needs to be addressed being I requested to speak with someone else and still have not heard back from anyone at younger addressing my concerns. If I could rate a zero out of five stars believe me I WOULD! THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our review site. We always welcome feedback good or bad to constantly improve. I apologize if for some reason we didn’t meet your expectations in our collision center. I did check the timelines with our collision center as it’s always concerning when I read these reviews. We didn’t receive your car from the tow company until August 27th, phase 2 was a response from your insurance company, that was September 5th. At that time were putting your car through the process. My collision center supervisor instructed me that on numerous occasions he assured you your car would be finished during the week of the 24th – 28th. At this time he confirmed that he should be on time as scheduled. I hope we can under promise and over perform and have it complete by the 26th.
