Scott was very unprofessional and was not willing to address my concerned in an appropriate manner. Stating that "I wouldn't force my way in line a grocery store" meanwhile they have had my car for a month and still is not competed and he refused to give me a date and time of satisfaction to have my car complete. In addition he could not provide valid reasoning for why the repairs are taking so long. He was rude and short and did not provide any customer service satisfactory of my business as I have provided Younger with my personal business and referred various people who have purchased cars with them in the past. This needs to be addressed being I requested to speak with someone else and still have not heard back from anyone at younger addressing my concerns. If I could rate a zero out of five stars believe me I WOULD! THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE
