I found the dealership to be a comfortable Invironment, and the sales staff(Leon) to be very attentive. I was interested in the Rogue and got my questions answered. Overall great experience at the Nissan dealership in north haven. We were quickly seen by an employee and were able to discuss options, no pressure. Many things went wrong during the closing transaction. Car was not ready, engine light was on, had to be checked out, registration was wrong, even though the right information was provided. Left the dealership with Dealer plates, waiting for permanent plates. Signed for mileage being 19 miles and the car had over 200 miles. Was under the impression that oil changes were complimentary (this was the case at other Nissan dealerships ) for the first 2 years, but they were not. I was given 1 complimentary oil change. More
