Scott really worked to get repairs covered by the warranty I had purchased. He kept us posted each step of the way. He was able to get us a loaner vehicle and he was very responsive to questions we h warranty I had purchased. He kept us posted each step of the way. I did not have an appointment but needed service due to the “check engine” light being on. I was seen by Scott without delay and was able to leave the car for evaluation. Scott is absolutely the best to work with. He always finds the way to yes and solves the problem. This is my second Defender and I purchased it because of the Service Department. Sales come and go, it's a first and only date in the Sales Dept. The true test of a Dealer is the Service Dept. The only way you get repeat customers is because of the Service Dept. You can Bank on that. Thank you for all the incredible work that Jaguar / Rover Team does to make sure the Customer is always taken care of. I will keep purchasing and servicing my Defender there.
