The reason why I bought my second Defender 110 at SJR is because of the Service Department. That is really the only reason. Car buying experience was great as well but it is your Service Department that wil because of the Service Department. That is really the only reason. Car buying experience was great as well but it is your Service Department that will bring back your repeat customers. Since working with Scott Tierney as my Service Manager he is always finding the way to Yes and how can the service experience be it's best. I had a few warranty issues that needed some attention and a few trips back to the service department for them to fix. It's his attention to detail and treating the customer with professionalism and dignity that I will keep coming back. As my Defender is coming up at the end of its warranty I will most likely be looking at my 3rd to purchase from JLR as long as the Service Department remains #1 in my book. Thank you to the Team for everything you do to make sure the service department is the best every time. More

Had a bad experience where a service was not performed that should have been. Kyle, the manager at the time, did help rectify the situation, but he is no longer there. I was told that I needed new tires that should have been. Kyle, the manager at the time, did help rectify the situation, but he is no longer there. I was told that I needed new tires. Costco tires said that was not the case. It was not the case. It is hard to. recommend the service center without Kyle. More

I will never do business with this service department again - unless I have to (I just bought a Ranger Rover so I guess I have to). This Service Department is terrible. It's TOO LONG a story for me to waste my time telling it - unless a manager (not of the service dept) calls me. More

The staff are friendly and helpful. I do feel your discounts should already be applied on my account or a QR code instead of a paper copy fit not anything for environment purposes. I brought in my car unannounced and was quickly welcomed by Scott Tierney who performed my vehicle intake and provided me several options. Jorge was professional yet personable. A rare combination in any business situation. The only other service agent I ever worked with at the dealership was Scott.
