Very helpful Mike and Scott went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was buying. I was hesitant to give up my CD player so they took my Mike and Scott went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was buying. Drove 800 Miles to get my car I was shopping online for a Landrover evoque. I then had the opportunity to compare pricing and customer service with several other dealerships. The other dealerships failed to offer pricing, financing, and reasonable value on my trade in. The Auto group of Louisville went out of there way to meet my needs with a reasonable price and unmatched friendly personalized service. Scott was able to find me the lowest rate and reworked the paperwork many times due to me changing the downpayment amount several times . He was always professional friendly and accommodating. I drove from Pennsylvania to obtain this car, I asked them if they could open early to facilitate my return trip. Michael and Scott met me 1 hour prior to when they were due to open. Scott made the financing paperwork quick and painless. I was quickly on my way, but not before Scott drove my rent a car 10 miles out of his way to help aide my situation and return my car. I drove past thousands of dealerships to get to this one and after my experience today I know I made the right decision. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no hassle friendly experience buying a car. More
