Helpful and Pleasant I met Scott through his biggest fan Gail his wife. I called him as my car broke down. They even offered to pick me up and get me the car I am interest I met Scott through his biggest fan Gail his wife. I called him as my car broke down. They even offered to pick me up and get me the car I am interested in. Scott asked me what I was interested in as I made it there the was ready for me to test drive. Scott has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me to drive the car I wanted. I had my keys in an hour. I needed extra things done in my car at that time he gave me a new loaner for three days. I bought a beautiful Lexus ES 350 and I love my new car. I recommend Braman Honda to everyone. What a deal I have bought more than fifteen cars from this dealer so I am obviously a fan.
