I was open to switching to a Honda since my lease is ending soon. We were “greeted” by I believe his name was Scott. He was impersonable, unfriendly and honestly one of the worst car salespeople I’ve ev ending soon. We were “greeted” by I believe his name was Scott. He was impersonable, unfriendly and honestly one of the worst car salespeople I’ve ever encountered. He did not even bother to negotiate with us for a second when the price range we wanted was not that far from what he claimed could not be negotiated. Thankfully we went to another dealership and got a new car that was only $40 off the the price Scott named. He clearly didn’t care to do his job or make a customer happy. Again, I’ve never had such a poor experience at a car dealership. He didn’t even want to try or even smile. I was ready to buy today but he simply did not care. I think if we had a different salesperson, we would have walked out with a new Honda from this location. More
