This dealership will scam you every chance they get back in service. My vehicle had an oil consumption issue prior to being out of warranty, the shop waited till it was out of warranty and then condemned my in service. Purchased a 2021 Kia in June, took my vehicle in for oil changed told the guy it was not picking up speed he explained to me that they couldn’t find a problem. The next day later check engine light came on, changed told the guy it was not picking up speed he explained to me that they couldn’t find a problem. The next day later check engine light came on, took it back to the dealership. I was told it was the transmission, it took almost two months for me to get my vehicle for me to get my vehicle back. I was the one who always called and asked about my vehicle, they did not update me about what was going on with my vehicle. Very disappointed with customer service, no compensation what so ever. My son brought his 2011 Sorento to the dealership for a knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to cha knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to charge my son $120 for the doors even though I confirmed with Kia customer service that this warranty fix is at "no expense to the customer". They were trying to take advantage of a young man who they assumed would not know any better. Not a recommended dealership. More
