This visit to Union County Kia Dealership was so much more expensive than I expected. The people there have always been courteous and professional. The Nissan Quest I purchased from you was on the side of the road 2 days later... Less than 30 days later it was at the Nissan dealership getting a new battery and Alternator. When I reached out for guidance since I bought it not even 30 days ago I was told "I was sold as is ". End of conversation. Even though nobody was at fault per say...... A free service or car wash or SOMETHING would have been the correct response. Instead I was left with a 100 dollar tow bill, 200 dollar battery bill and 1500 dollar alternator bill within 30 days of buying a van you guys gave the thumbs up on! THANKS FOR NOTHING! More
