We had a wonderful experience buying our Chevy Colorado truck from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet! The most delightful part was our salesman, Scott Wilson!! He's just such a nice, non-pressure type salesman which resulted in a friendly salesman/buyer relationship. We are glad to meet him and to know he is a neighbor close by and we can call on him if we have problems or questions. We found out, as we talked, that we know his mother who goes to our church. That made it even more special! Also the showroom was clean and spacious and cool. And everyone we spoke with were polite and kind. I would absolutely buy from Scott again and will recommend him. Only opportunity is the finance portion. Can not remember his name. Very nice guy but on a couple of occasions when I had honest questions he seamed like either I was not the smartest guy in the world or seamed bothered when I asked a question that he had already mentioned. I was also working through email and text at the time. I take some blame but feel like he could have had a little less condescending tone. Adding more. Sorry I’m just finding this. This dealership just posted my trade with my license plate on it before a deal was done?!?! Why? Nobody will respond now. Of course. Even has my stuff still in my car. This blows my mind!
