Extremely poor service, went in with a minor issue and vehicle wound up being there for significantly longer. Also had to remind dealer numerous times that I had an extended warranty after they would tell vehicle wound up being there for significantly longer. Also had to remind dealer numerous times that I had an extended warranty after they would tell me I owed several hundred dollars for repairs. Went to pick vehicle up only to find it completely dead, they told me oh you need a new battery, after refusing to cover battery replacement even after i said this battery problem is only after your repair, I took it elsewhere where a battery/charging system test was performed and it passed everything. Will never bring another vehicle or purchase anything from this dealership again. More

It was my first experience with this dealership. My vehicle was there for days. They called me on the first day to give me an update. That was great. The 2nd day I called them and left a message. No one returned my call. 3rd day I called them to get a report. They called me back saying " they ran into a problem". I understad it happens. 4th day it was ready.
