This is about a 2020 Chevrolet 2500 Express 4x4 conversion van by Explorer. First we would like to mention that the buying experience, finance setup and execution and shipping of the vehicle was a conversion van by Explorer. First we would like to mention that the buying experience, finance setup and execution and shipping of the vehicle was absolutely easy and stress free. The whole title/registration execution is still ongoing and a little frustrating for military, we will update as the process unfolds. Now to the vehicle; we absolutely love the conversion, the van itself and all the options. However, since this was an internet buy, we were told this vehicle is equipped with homelink, it is not. We were told the vehicle is equipped with CarPlay, it is not. Further, the vehicle was shipped and arrived with several issues. The rear speakers don't work, one of the rear bass boost does not work, the brakes are spongy and the 4x4 gearbox is leaking. So with that said, it is obvious that the selling dealership did not pay any attention to the vehicle condition. Yes it is covered by warranty, but hey, c'mon, this is brand new and already cost us tremendous inconvenience. Not what we expected from a 90k vehicle. More

I got a good deal for my trade-in. It was less than I wanted but fair for what it was. I gave 2 stars because “our price” isn’t really the price. While they had a number of nice conversi I was in the market for a new conversion van and visited Castrucci Chevrolet to see what they had available. While they had a number of nice conversion vans I had some special features that I wanted such as Vista Windows and Burl woodwork. Sean Barrow said he could order a special van for me. I gave him a list of requirements and Sean worked many hours with me, the van manufacturer and Explorer Conversion to get me the exact van that I desired. When the new van arrived it had all of the features that I desired. I can not thank Sean enough for all of the hard work and time he put in to get my conversion van. I am very satisfied with my new van and would recommend Castrucci Chevrolet and Sean Barrow to anyone looking for that special conversion van. More

We purchased our 2008 awd Express 'new' at Castrucci's and had a good experience. WE also had over half of the service work performed there and found the service dept to be most competent. Our 2008 awd Express had 140,000 miles and was showing some wear. We wanted a new 2012 awd Chevy Express passenger van and naturally returned to Castrucci. The sales manager was the same, Richard Wilber. It was good to see him as he is always interested in making a good deal, and is never over-bearing. Mr Wilber referred us to Shaun Barrow. Shaun is the van specialist and is very knowledgeable ! There was a 2012 Express on the lot that we liked. It was so similar to what we were driving that we were reluctant to purchase. Shaun said : 'What is holding you back ?" We replied that we would have liked leather front seats and maybe some wood trim on the dash. Shaun said "No problem, i will get all of that done plus a few other extra from the Explorer van company !" And he did it at a great price ! So the deal was signed. Within a couple weeks Shaun had made good on his promise and we took delivery of our semi-customized van ! Thanks Shaun , Shaun, and Mr Wilber ! We love our new van and we are happy that we stayed with Chevy !!! More
