Freehold Subaru Dealership - Lease The reason i will not recommend this dealership is that they used a bait and switch tactic. I test drove a specific vehicle identified the vin # and ultimatelymade a deal with the salesman Sean. He confirmed the deal with the general manager. This is were the switch takes place. The vin # used for the lease was same color, interior and trim, however the oprions were not which equated to a lower cost vehicle than agreed on. I realized this the next day "sunday" contacted the dealership, salesman and GM. With no resolution. I contacted Subaru of America executive team and CEO who made good of these antics. Excellent people, dealership and service My experience started with the sales person PJ. He was fantastic. No pressure what so ever. I made a deal with him in less than 10 minutes. Price given was better than the lowest in True Car prices and any other dealership I visited earlier. I also purchase additional warranty. I was given a fair price by David. Car delivery with PJ was very pleasant and efficient. He made sure I was happy in every way. He was kind enough to offer me to drop my rental car. After the delivery, I wanted to know some specific car features. I visited the dealership next day. PJ had a day off. John was also off on that day. Sean spent 20 minutes with me to explain whatever I needed to know with a smile even though I had not purchased car from him. John was phenomenal when he put my licence plates and explained features of my SUV. He stayed late after the dealership closing to make sure I was fully familiar with the new features.
