Sleazy and dishonest staff Long read, but be very careful of the individuals working in this dealership! My husband and I purchased the minivan on 6/1. We were completely misrepresented by Sean Bucknor on our APR rate. We had asked him on two separate occasions what our rate options are and he was completely dishonest and devious about it. The first time we asked about the APR was prior to finalizing our agreed price. He simply says, it depends entirely on your credit and estimates "oh, I don't really know- 3s and 4s probably". Several moments later, he comes back with a paper with the monthly payment amounts for 36, 48, 60 and 72 months without APR rates, and again we asked. He tries to beat around the bushes and says the first three options were "around 3s". At the 72 month, it would be "in the 4s". He somehow had the monthly payment amounts but refused to provide the rates, and then diverted our attention away by having us sign some more docs. Never once had he mentioned anything over 5. After another long wait, we are sitting in the finance room with Valentin and the rate FINALLY shows up. A steep 5.59%! I just have to add that this was never CLEARLY shown to us. We happened to had glimpsed at it and were completely surprised. My husband and I have excellent credit (over 800). And when we told Valentin this was completely misrepresented to us, he tried to offer us something that the dealership would "eat the one point" (so we are looking at 4.59%) BUT have us purchase a separate warranty, which would have given us a "better rate" but INCREASE our monthly payment. This obviously made no sense to us. After a couple days and several phone calls into the finance guy, they finally let up. It was NOT easy. He continue to use his shady tactics in trying to negotiate. Then come pickup day. Gas tank was left HALF empty. Detailing job was terrible (probably didn't bother with detailing, since we made such a big deal on their shadiness). "Manager" came out and gave an insincere apology, "oh, APR rates should definitely have been provided to you before you went in to the finance room". NOPE, and I'm sure we weren't the only customers they try to cheat. Needless to say, we are very unsatisfied in this whole transaction. Information was entirely misrepresented to us, and to make matters worse, the finance guy tries to make a deal for himself through our unfortunate ordeal with the sales guy. We, our families and friends are most definitely taking our business elsewhere! Like one review I read, unprofessional is too nice a word to describe these sleazy xxxxx! TAKE NOTE: They will use APR rates as negotiations, so DON'T LET THAT SLIDE from the sales bargaining. Also, DO NOT let them charge you tax on the doc fee. Their contract has the wording WRONG in the calculation section; you are NOT responsible for tax on doc fee. The tax on doc fee was obviously a hidden fee for us, since nobody told us about it; and of course they had refused to give us back the money even when we asked. After all, they're crooks! More

What was frustrating and had us truly questioning Boch Honda in the future was the lack of ability to give us any type of deal. We bought two cars, $75,000.00 dollars worth, and there was no give on price. We were forced to do them as separate deals. We took the first car with no haggle, expecting them to reciprocate at least a bit on the second car. No doing, there was absolutely no give on their part. These cars made over 10 cars we had gotten through Boch Honda. Never, ever, ever, have they been so unwilling to budge on price. 20+ years of loyalty, brushed under the rug. Two major purchases and for the first time in all the times we've purchased through them, I felt like I'd been screwed. They were very quick to put it all on Honda and said that it was Honda that set the final pricing, not them. Now I'm stuck paying more than I ever wanted, and I'm a complete sucker for showing loyalty to Boch. We will be bringing our future new car purchases elsewhere. Once again, Sean Bucknor was fantastic. The manager was a disgusting person who didn't care about us, or are purchases, all he cared about was that we filled out the survey stating we had been shown how the electronics in the car worked. Basically stated any negative grades would reflect on Sean, not Boch Honda. Disgusted. More

Worse experience ever Bought car on a Saturday. Didnt receive it till following Wednesday due to 3 additional trips to dealership for various things dealing with my plates Bought car on a Saturday. Missed three days of work costing me a 1000 dollars . To top it off finance guy screwed the paper work up and then threatened me with driving an illegal car if i didnt come in snd fix his screw up. They sent me new finance in mail and it was left out in the rain took me three days to dry and out. Had to miss another day of work and bring his mistake not mine into dealership. Wouldn't have been so bad if you people said hey how bought we throw an auto starter in your car or some free oil changes for your trouble. Nope. Nada . Zilch. All i received is a thanks come again. Will never happen. I will do my best to stear people away from boch. Worse experience i ever had More
