They kept Volvo S60 2 weeks. Gave me a base Jetta loaner. Forgot to do inspection on car. Had to come again for that. And my front camera still does not work after they tried to fix it. Plus: bad covid pro Forgot to do inspection on car. Had to come again for that. And my front camera still does not work after they tried to fix it. Plus: bad covid protocols. After what happened on their service center (covid outbreak) my car wash washed or even cleaned the interior. Even Chevy does that. I expect better from volvo. More

One of my two issues was not fixed. The hood sensor keeps saying that the hood is opened, even though it is securely latched.
