Made an appointment, left my car and was never contacted about the status. Went to the dealership and was told that I needed additional repairs like brakes when there was only 2,000 miles on the brakes. Had about the status. Went to the dealership and was told that I needed additional repairs like brakes when there was only 2,000 miles on the brakes. Had to go to the dealer 3 times for updates which there were none. WAITED 7 WEEKS and still nothing till finally going to the dealership again and asking for a General Manager, who checked on when my car would be worked on and he said that there were other cars that were left there even longer and he couldn't give me a date when it would be repaired. I asked for a loaner car he said that he doesn't do that it was my responsibility. Then he told me we were done and I was dismissed, I sat down and said that I would wait in his office until my car was done. He told me to leave and called the police on me to have me removed. I am a senior citizen. The police came and tried to reason with the General Manager / Owner Dante Odoardi to even get me a loaner car and again he said that it was my responsibility. 7 weeks to fix the heat in my car. Ridiculous!!!! So if you don't need your car for months bring it there. Called Chrysler Corporate and they told me NOT to bring your car there again. More

Service at Bedford is second to none. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and within 5 minutes my car was registered and pulled into the garage.
