getting recall on my RAV 4 fixed I was able to make an appointment for early Friday morning, August 4, from a number of choices. I was told on the phone this would take between 2 - 2 I was able to make an appointment for early Friday morning, August 4, from a number of choices. I was told on the phone this would take between 2 - 2 1/2 hours in advance, so I could plan my day more easily. Also Sean Cho, the customer service representative was excellent at the dealership explaining everything to me. You are lucky to have someone as good as Sean. More
