I had the best car dealership experience when I purchased the 2008 Tribeca from Sean Connoly on 2/28/2011. I haven't purchased many cars. A subaru and a mazda before this one. But I must say that when I arri the 2008 Tribeca from Sean Connoly on 2/28/2011. I haven't purchased many cars. A subaru and a mazda before this one. But I must say that when I arrived late that rainy evening to see the car, I was greeted my the general manager who said to me as I walked in "Are you here for the Subaru?" Sean was extremely helpful from the first e-mail I wrote to the dealership. When the car photos didn't make it yet to the Holman website, Sean went out to the lot and took photos from his cell phone and sent them to me. He also was available after his regular shift to answer questions that I had. Sean made sure to keep the car in the garage so the rain wouldn't make impair my observation of the car. The Tribeca was in great condition and I'm pleased with the quality of the car, of course. But the customer service that I received really made it all worth my drive from Middletown, NJ to Maple Shade to buy the car. My wife can't be more happier now that she's driving the SUV. And like Sean told me... "A happy wife is a happy life." Thanks Holman Infiniti! More

From past experience I am generally weary of dealerships. I worked with Sean Connolly and from start to finish Sean's service was exceptional. He made the process seamless and actually stopped to listen and I worked with Sean Connolly and from start to finish Sean's service was exceptional. On the night that I came to pick up my vehicle I was running late as the dealership was closing, Sean walked out and stood at the gate to ensure that I would not be locked out and that I could pick up my vehicle. This is just one example of Sean's willingness to consistently exceed my expectations. Sean was preapared when I arrived and the entire paperwork process only took 20 minutes. The finance manager Joe Hozalski also went above the call of duty and stayed late to complete my paperwork and expidite the process. Holeman Infinity creates a professional and classy experience and I will definitely refer any of my friends and family to Sean and the Holeman Infinity staff. More

Although an hour away from my house, i was recommended to Holman from 3 different people. Sean was very efficient in getting me a great deal. I was told by another dealer that they were the best price, but H Holman from 3 different people. Sean was very efficient in getting me a great deal. Our salesperson was the reason we purchased at Holman. Sean was low pressure and very knowledgable. He was very personable without being pushy. We connected immediately and he worked very hard to earn our business. After going back and forth with another dealership in Pa. Sean won our business. We wanted to purchase at the dealership we would ultimately be using, Holman. After driving my husband's new car home from the airport, I decided to trade my BMW x5 and get the FX 35. Of course Sean would be our salesperson. We came to Holman and purchased the automobile. I felt comfortable enough to stop in a few times since my purchase to have help with the confusing technology. Sean always welcomes me with a smile. The car is great and we our an infiniti family now. More

I have been a customer of Holman Infiniti for approximately 10 years. Every experience, from purchasing a car to having it serviced has been outstanding. During that time I have purchased 6 cars, approximately 10 years. Every experience, from purchasing a car to having it serviced has been outstanding. During that time I have purchased 6 cars, from both, Jim Sullivan and Sean Connolly. They have always made the process of purchasing a car very easy and dispel every negative stereotype of car sales. When I was recently in the market for another car I was deciding if I wanted to try something new. I drove several of the competitors models and kept coming back to Infiniti... There really is no better value for the money. Throughout this last process Sean Connolly was extremely helpful (and patient as I kept coming in every few days to drive the car "one more time"). He not only helped me weigh my pros and cons, he gave me useful and factual information about the G35X (my 3rd) as it compared with the other cars I was contemplating. Sean has always demonstrated true customer service. He is very knowledgeable, personable and has a thorough understanding of his customer's needs. In addition to Sean and Jim, I have also dealt directly with Dexter Woodley as the general sales manager. Dexter exemplifies what a true sales manager is. He has always been instrumental in "not playing games," when it came to pricing. He also makes the purchasing process very easy. In my 10 years as an Infiniti owner I have never gone to a competing dealer when purchasing a vehicle because of the great customer service I receive and how Holman values their customers' time. I believe that is something which Dexter's sales consultants have learned from him. He is one of the main reasons why I have been a customer for the last 10 years and why I will continue to be. When I originally started shopping for an Infiniti I emailed many dealerships in several states in search of a used Infiniti. Sean was one of the very few to take the time to call me in response to one emailed many dealerships in several states in search of a used Infiniti. Sean was one of the very few to take the time to call me in response to one of my email inquiries. When I decided to purchase a new Infiniti instead of a used one I remembered that. That's why I made the hour plus drive passing by two other Infiniti dealerships to see Sean at Holman Infinity. My experience at the dealership was the best experience I had with any of the dealerships I had visited over the past few months. Sean was honest and straightforward. At no point did I feel any sense of sales pressure or dishonesty. After spending a few minutes at the dealership I wanted to buy a car from them. My only complaint is they are located too far away for me to get my service done there. I highly recommend Holman Infiniti. Even if there are dealerships closer I would encourage anyone to make the trip to Holman. When you get there ask for Sean Connolly. More
