What really stood out was how proactive he was before we even came in, Ryan sent us videos of the car so that we could take a good look at it and feel confident before making the trip. That kind of service is rare, and it made us feel like we were working with someone who truly cared about our experience, not just making a sale. He helped us secure a great funding option with a very reasonable interest rate that fit our situation perfectly. One caveat when purchasing - like most other dealers, they offer add on services (protective coatings, theft recovery system) that are presented as mandatory. Be clear about what you want and what you don’t, and stick to your guns. I’m very happy with my purchasing experience, and will go back to them for future vehicles. More
