Sean Day was great, he listened to what my needs were and delivered a car that I love. He was kind and patient and kept me updated while I waited for the car I wanted to be delivered. Everyone treated me w delivered a car that I love. He was kind and patient and kept me updated while I waited for the car I wanted to be delivered. Everyone treated me well, even when they had no reason to. The manager even remembered my name and greeted me as I walked in the door on my second visit. Another person remembered me working with Sean and took me in to find him. Very courteous and kind crew. And there was a definite lack of hard sell, which I appreciated. I expected from the advertising of "no bull" and dealing with only one person that it would be quicker, but it really was not. It took just as long as anywhere else. Other than that it was a pretty good car buying experience. More

Sean Day provided excellent service as we looked for our next car. He listened carefully to what we wanted, asked good questions, and was calm and helpful throughout the experience. I just wanted to drive a few to see what I liked. When I found one that I really liked we felt comfortable with Sean and wanted to continue the purchase. Ellie Treinen was absolutely amazing! ! She actively worked to help us find the exact car we wanted and she updated us regularly on its arrival status. Also, Sean Day was an absolute delig ! She actively worked to help us find the exact car we wanted and she updated us regularly on its arrival status. Also, Sean Day was an absolute delight to work with!! He was extremely knowledgable, listened to our needs, and made the process go quick and smooth. Once we signed the paperwork, he helped us set up our Apple CarPlay and guided us through all of our interior features. Such a great experience!! He even checked in a few days later to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was going well. Thanks so much Ellie and Sean, we love our new RAV4 XSE Hybrid!! More
