Services I bought my 2017 Rogue there just about a year ago and was extremely happy with my sales experience. But the services department/staff is not ve I bought my 2017 Rogue there just about a year ago and was extremely happy with my sales experience. But the services department/staff is not very good. Things that should take 15 minutes, take over an hour and that is with an appointment! Additionally, I had a lady in the parts department lie to me. I needed a certain part replaced on my vehicle and only wanted one appointment. So I checked with the parts department and was told they had the part in stock. So I made the appointment, waited over an hour, only to be told they did not have the part, they'd have to order it, and I'd have to come back for them to install it. The second appointment also took an hour and 15 minutes, even though I had been told my appointment would be expedited, due to their mistake. I also bought the life-time service/oil change package. It seemed like a great deal, unless your time means something to you. From my first 3 oil change experiences, I expect to wait at least an hour for my oil change. More

Oil Service Oil service was quick and easy. Enjoyed the waiting area with free hot popcorn and bottle of water. Can hardly wait till I have to return for another Oil service was quick and easy. Found the bug Battery was not holding a charge so the thinking was i have a drain some were.They said that there was rear interior light that was on.They also state Battery was not holding a charge so the thinking was i have a drain some were.They said that there was rear interior light that was on.They also stated that everything checked out fine including the battery so i was charged 140.00. they had the truck for 4 days They stated that they charged the battery and i was good to go.I picked up my truck and went home, the truck sits for a few days at a time because i'm retired. Two days later i went to go some place and click click no juice.I had to jump it! So i took it back, they had it for a few more days. I went back and asked if they could lend me a car till they find out what is wrong with mine. I was thankful they could, i had replaced the original battery in my 2013 frontier 11 month before this happed.Since the light switch was not the problem i asked for and received a refund. They finally deemed it was the battery, bad cells so i picked up the battery from them and took it back to Costco, free replacement and returned to you. This is the second Frontier i have purchased from this dealership,2006@2013. The people have also been kind and courteous, in 2019 i will looking for a replacement for my 2013 it only has 40000 miles on it.I have all my oil changes done at this dealership. More

Service call on check engine light I am so much into Nissan vehicle and will be for long time. Recently I am having mu doubts about Nissan vehicle. Twice in two weeks check engine light came on and something I was not expecting from Nissan vehicle. Recently there was a problem with the speed cable and I was surprise to even hear about it. Hopefully this will be my last major repair on this vehicle. More
