T.C. was was very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward in his presentation. My wife and I were apprehensive as to whether we would be able to get into a new car, but T.C. and Carnival Kia of Frank forward in his presentation. This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I take my vehicle in for service regularly which I have never done with past vehicles. Anje is always so wonderful to work with as well as Sean. From hearing about my experience with this dealership, I have 3 neighbors who have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 3 months! If only they would have listened to my request to give them a referral! However, I understand that if you aren't in sales yourself, you sometimes forget the importance of referrals. I won't be taking my car anywhere else for service as long as this wonderful team is there to work with me! More

Sevice was excellent, they fixed mud guard as well. vehicle is 2012 Sedona and part was not fully attached. have recomended dealer to coworkers if looking at a new Kia. prices are highly competetive an vehicle is 2012 Sedona and part was not fully attached. have recomended dealer to coworkers if looking at a new Kia. prices are highly competetive and quality of vehicle is above standard.we have owned several minivans and this one handles and drives better than previous vans. only issue is ride kind of stiff, we've already put 5k on van vacation, grand kids etc. More
