Those of us women over 65 are often invisible, last to receive service, attention, or the respect our intelligence and experience deserve. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the service department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service departm department. On Saturday afternoon (Feb. 26) I ran into a slight problem with my hood release latch not working.. Not knowing that the service department would still be open at 3PM I called and was told to come right over. Sean met me outside and resolved the problem in a few minutes. He then double checked to make sure my hood latch was working perfectly. Such a relief. I have never, ever had a problem at Walls Ford ! Customer service is prime for them. Thank You !! More

How they can continually deliver 5 star quality serv shoulders above the competition. They know exactly what I need for my cars and when I need it.
