Great as always Had engine light come on, called Derek. He asked me few question, then told me save drive bring truck in. Once there he took truck, 45 minutes later Had engine light come on, called Derek. He asked me few question, then told me save drive bring truck in. Outstanding help by Sean in the Service Dept. Thank you ! Sean went above and beyond. He spend a great deal of his time downloading the Ford App. on my cell phone and explaining how to use it. I am 63 years Sean went above and beyond. He spend a great deal of his time downloading the Ford App. on my cell phone and explaining how to use it. I traveled from ca. to ma. and was due for my "the works". The Walls Ford service dept. came highly recommended, I am a single senior lady who was looking for a place I could trust and get me safely on the roa The Walls Ford service dept. came highly recommended, I am a single senior lady who was looking for a place I could trust and get me safely on the road to return home in my new F250. Shawn the service manager and Adam the tech. manager made me feel like they would look out for me and went the extra mile. They were respectful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Service department to anyone. They are organized and professional. I cannot thank them enough. More

Recall Notice Came in for a manufacturer recall on airbag inflator. Sean was very accommodating, showed me to a customer lounge to wait. He said it shouldn't take longer then an hour, was done in 30 minutes! Also checked battery I was having an issue with. More
