Mechanical problems far from home! Recently, my wife had to be towed to your service department. We live near Augusta, Maine, and she was going to visit her mother. Mr Freeman called me at home, explained the problem, gave me a concise plan to fix our Ford Explorer, the cost, and time frame. The man lived up to EVERY PART of hids plan, and she was on her way with enough time to still visit her mom before making the three hour trip back home. I'm very grateful for his kindness and efforts, not just because he helped my wife of nearly 50 years, but also because he managed to juggle his busy schedule to fit her in. Mr. Freeman, and every other person involved in helping my wife, demonstrated the professional commitment lacking in so many other businesses, and have proven to us that we have wonderful and dependable neighbors to our south.
