To know you can count on your dealership to take care of you is everything. More

Family atmosphere We started our experience with offers of refreshments then Sean Geyer sat with me and asked what I was looking for and proceeded to go down the list o We started our experience with offers of refreshments then Sean Geyer sat with me and asked what I was looking for and proceeded to go down the list of pros and cons of the different vehicles and my needs . We walked around and I was showed all the pros of the items he went over . Sean then ran all the numbers to get as close as he could to my budget area . I happy to say I walked out with a new Honda Pilot . And when my daughter drove me to pick it it up the next day she fell in love with it so I hooked her up with Sean and she traded her Honda Civic for a new Honda Pilot . The only bad part for me is she is rubbing in the extra options she got but I reminded her of her higher payments 😜 More

Oil change I needed an oil change so I took a chance that I could get in and out quickly. Drove right in. No appointment, no waiting and got a free car wash besi I needed an oil change so I took a chance that I could get in and out quickly. Drove right in. No appointment, no waiting and got a free car wash besides. By the time I got my cup of coffee and a warm blueberry muffin my car was done. My service advisor came out and went over what they did and what they checked. Everyone is very accommodating and pleasant. More

Tire Monitor Light Issue I brought to Express Service my Honda Fit 2016 which I'm leasing from Honda North, to have a Tech look at the Tire Monitor Malfunction Light that had I brought to Express Service my Honda Fit 2016 which I'm leasing from Honda North, to have a Tech look at the Tire Monitor Malfunction Light that had been on for five-six days . I did not put air in any tire(s), so I was puzzled as to why the light was on, as the light normally appears if one or more tires needs air. Sean greeted me and said he would have the tires checked. I was completely surprised when "Lucky" conveyed a nail was found in one of the tires and he would put on a new tire for which I did not have to pay (a very nice surprise and relief!) because of the Service Plan I have. I was delighted and pleased with the professional, friendly service received from the wonderful staff at Honda North. I left feeling safe driving my Honda Fit now, and grateful for the car wash. Thank you to all for another excellent service experience. More
