Everything went very well I leased a 2015 CRV and the lease expired so I had to make a decision to stay with the current dealer or check out others for a 2019 lease. I did my search and comparison and initial results, primarily due to the proximity to my home, indicated that Honda North was a good choice. I started e-mail communications with questions and received immediate answers. I visited the dealership and found it easy to get to, nice waiting area and a friendly staff. WE wanted to start with exterior and interior colors. The dealership had them all and with a representative's assistance we took our time choosing. We came back a few days later and asked the representative if we could take a test drive. He quickly set it up, came with us and answered all our questions. So we found the color, decided on the Touring AWD and had the test drive. Price was next. I used an internet based car pricing service (there are many) and was provided with offers from multiple dealerships. Honda North was the lowest. I met with my representative and he walked me through the lease points, mentioned a loyalty award, indicated that the dealer would handle the registration and plate change. The price was all inclusive. In total it met my expectation for a monthly lease cost and the day after signing I picked up the car. The experience was excellent. A great representative who handles all aspects of the deal. A cordial team. A price that met my expectation. A distance 10 minutes from my house. Honda North was the right choice in all aspects!! More
