Excellent & courteous service I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate tires overall car check it has been great!!!. Especially sine the latest service I had some paint scratches caused by some other car 🚗 by parking at a business. I also caused some paint swirls when trying to remove dried bird droppings, Not only did the service tech take time to look and determine a few ways to repair the damage at minimal cost to me ,they exceeded my expectations and were able to repair the damage to a new car finish at a very low cost without having to send the car out to the body shop. Thanks again Dick Norris and my service tech Jack and all the service techs. More

I looked at a purchase or lease on the 2017 Denali, The other 2 big dealership companies i visited i felt like i was doing them a favor by showing up. My Experience from the service department (Jack) to the sales team (Sean) to (Allen) in Finance. They were professionals each and everyone. Most of us have been to a dealership when you leave it put a bad taste in your mouth. Just visit Dick Norris in Clearwater it was great from start to finish. By the way they added a insurance dept for easy quotes in minutes. $$ Savings! And i did drive off in the beautiful 2017 Denali yesterday. More

Sean Hamza made car buying a joy. We had been waiting for the 2017 Encore's to come out. We went to the car lot on Sunday to check them out and came back on Monday for a test drive. There weren't any available in the color we wanted and we were not sure if we wanted the moon roof or not. After sitting down with Sean he said he had found one with and one without the moon roof. He never tried to sell us on one or the other note did he ever trie to pressure us into making a choice. He gave all the information we needed and was very patient with us. I have walked away from dealerships because of the pressure to buy. I am very thankful for the way Sean treated us and for giving us the time to make the correct decision for us. Because of Sean I am extreamly satisfied with my final choice. Next time I am in the market for a car I will go to Sean. More
