After reviewing the concern, our team was able to identify and repair the sunroof drain issue that had not been corrected previously, and we completed that repair to resolve the ongoing water leak concern. We also apologize for the condition of the interior upon pickup. We understand your disappointment and have addressed this internally with our team. As with all vehicles equipped with sunroofs, the drain system does require periodic maintenance to keep the drain tubes clear and water flowing properly. Leaves, debris, and buildup can restrict the drains over time and lead to water management concerns if not cleaned routinely. We would be more than happy to assist with inspecting or maintaining those drains during future service visits. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to help correct the issue.
