Despite this, the service team has been consistently responsive, addressing the issue promptly each time it occurred. I truly appreciate their patience, persistence, and commitment to finding a lasting solution. It’s clear they have gone above and beyond, and I am grateful for their efforts. Within weeks of purchasing my 2021 Nissan Rogue and putting $5,000 down, the vehicle began having problems, including starting issues, malfunction warnings, and failing emissions with an active fault code. I’ve now had to pay out of pocket for a battery, and I’m still left without answers or assistance. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. I’ve reached out and have not received any meaningful response or solution. Being asked to leave additional reviews before addressing the problem only adds to the frustration. More
