Always Great Service! Took my Ford Edge in for a Oil Change and check one of my tires. Had my car there at 5:00 and was out before 6:00 thanks to Sean Mellon. Inspection Dropped my car off for an inspection at 3:00. Sean Mellon had everything done and ready to go by 4:30!!!! Product Recall Installation and Oil Change Sean Mellon assisted me in this process. I had a product recall (system update) that he took care of quickly. He also realized that my vehicle had ano Sean Mellon assisted me in this process. I had a product recall (system update) that he took care of quickly. He also realized that my vehicle had another outstanding product recall (must have been issued right before I bought the car, the paperwork never reached me). He went out of his way to search for that specific piece for me, and was able to get it installed in the same visit. Customer service was spectacular. After being treated with some scorn at other locations (being a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've had many questions dismissed or answered with little patience), Sean was so polite and helped me through the whole process. Good People I made an appointment for when I got off of work. Arrived and my car was taken immediately to get serviced. I was offered my inspection which would sa I made an appointment for when I got off of work. Arrived and my car was taken immediately to get serviced.
