Although all service appointments were booked fo When my "check engine" service light came on just before 6:00 pm on a Friday, I called Pacifico Ford. Although all service appointments were booked for the following Monday, Sean Mellon agreed to fit me in to the schedule. I was able to get the necessary repair (replacement of a purge valve) completed and avoid the potential problems that may happen if the issue is not timely fixed. I greatly appreciate Sean Mellon's willingness to make sure I received top level customer service. More
