Amazing service...again! Neal is one of those salesmen you think does not exist. The stress and or hassle you may have experienced in the past with other dealerships or sales Neal is one of those salesmen you think does not exist. The stress and or hassle you may have experienced in the past with other dealerships or salesmen is missing at Pacifico Ford. He follows up well after the sale just to see how you’re doing and how’s things with your vehicle. I had a small issue a year after my purchase and Neil had an appointment set up around my schedule and things were repaired fast and properly. Sean in the Service Department made sure things that needed to be done were explained to me. From the paperwork to the repair. He also ensured the SUV was looked over for any other issues or possible safety issues. You don’t feel like you’re being talked down to or feel like they are just rushing you along. These two guys are the reason I have purchased 3 cars myself and have sent numerous friends to Pacifico Ford! More

Excellent Service I called because my oil light was on to see if I could get an oil change, Sean Mellon said to come right over.
