Our sales person, Nicole Barnes, made a normally stressful purchase, very smooth and painless. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, she was very patient. I never once felt pressured or hurried about making a decision, which was appreciated. She was very transparent throughout the process and then once we came to an agreement, she moved everything along as fast as possible. She had her hand in every detail, from washing my old license plate to helping me set up the welcome call for OnStar. Elizabeth Harris in the finance department was also amazing. It was a great car buying experience overall. Nicole and the employees at Huston GMC were all so friendly and welcoming. We live over an hour from Lake Wales, but it was worth the drive. I’m so very happy we stumbled upon this gem. I highly recommend Huston if you’re in the market for a GMC or Cadillac. Ask for Nicole, you will not be disappointed! More

In less than five minutes, Nicole proved what a super caring and ultimate professional she is. She knew her vehicles and answered all our questions, showing us trucks that matched our wish list. This is the BEST sales experience we have EVER had and we cannot thank Nicole enough. The sales manager was super, the finance office personnel were awesome but Nicole shines above the rest with her extra care, immediate responses to texts and phone calls, etc. and her follow through is second to none.
