Very satisfactory I don't like pushy dealers and I had dealt with your service department several months ago and was very happy with the outcome. I was interested in trading the Honda civic I had in on a newer one and Jamie was very helpful finding something I liked and between Jamie and Sean I really didn't have to wait long for the paperwork to be completed. I also needed some verification of the mileage on the car I traded and Tom, sorry cant remember his last name , was very helpful with that. All in all, I am very happy to have dealt with them.
