We called ahead to see if the cars online were available and they were! This was the first dealership we tried to work with where that was true. It made a difference to know I could pre-look at vehicles and and they were! This was the first dealership we tried to work with where that was true. It made a difference to know I could pre-look at vehicles and then have a narrowed down list of vehicles to consider. Car dealerships and car buying can be overwhelming and exhausting, but this helped streamline the whole process. Additionally, Keith was who I spoke with on the phone, did the leg work for me, and was at the dealership to help me- the same Keith! This also made the experience so much easier and enjoyable. He could gather what I needed in a vehicle and knew the options from the dealership. I didn’t have to start all over when I got there nor did he try to sell me something that didn’t check the boxes for me and my family. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and the car buying experience through Matt Burne Honda. More
