Sean Musalaev, salesman, extremely rude and arrogant person. He became combative when discussing my outside lease buyout details and insistent that I was wrong about the information I provided. This made me uncomfortable so I told him I was going to leave. As I got up to do so, he proceeded to rip the paper, including the quotes I was given and was told I could take, out of my hand. He said "we need this back" and literally ripped it right out of my grasp. Not only was that the most immature behavior I have ever seen from a supposed professional, but also extremely disrespectful and offensive. I was so shocked I immediately left the premises. As a woman, I feel he also took advantage, I don't think he would have done that if I were a man. Regardless it was plain WRONG. I will never return to this dealer, and only wish I would have read the reviews before going and could've saved myself the trouble and humiliation. He should be ashamed of himself, and all the other salesman as well that stood around watching and said nothing. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT A RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, YOU WON'T GET IT. More
