Very disappointing experience with the service department at Best Ford. The staff is not welcoming at all, and every time you walk in, it feels like you're bothering them just by being there. I called Best Ford and asked for the service center and I was sent to some woman's voice mail, where I left a message. Later that day some person, Jeff Aires, called me to make an appointment with the servic was sent to some woman's voice mail, where I left a message. Later that day some person, Jeff Aires, called me to make an appointment with the service center for routine oil change and to have a possible warranty problem I am having with my 2026 Truck I purchased in March. When I showed up for the appointment the service center told me I didn't have an appointment and showed me. The service department did take care of my oil change but didn't help with any other problems due to the fact I didn't have an appointment. Overall disappointing. More
